Following recently competed fit-out projects in Bedford and Chester, Medlock has been awarded its first-ever new-build Miller & Carter, the premium steakhouse concept from Mitchells & Butlers.

Located in the leafy Tyneside suburb of Gosforth, the project will be on site for 22 weeks and follows the award of another shell fit-out which has just started at the £30m Bell Court retail and leisure development in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Premier Inn owner Whitbread has awarded Medlock a new contract to extend the Premier Inn hotel in Hanley with 44 new generation bedrooms.

Situated in the heart of Stoke-on Trent, the 37-week project will see a four-storey timber frame extension to the existing 96 rooms.

The 5-week project has seen the popular town centre pub undergo a modernisation both internally and externally.

Medlock has completed the fit-out of a 25,000 sq ft shell unit at Cheltenham's Brewery Quarters leisure and retail centre.

Mr Mulligans Lost World of Golf promises plenty of laughs and thrills for those hoping to get a hole in one as they take on the challenge of the 36-hole course.

The venue showcases the latest generation model with three branded zones, underwater, temple and jungle, along with 'The Club', a new 140-cover restaurant and bar.

The brand new cafeteria and lounge offers spectator views across the centre through large full-height windows overlooking the arena below.

Following a 10-week fit-out, the Ibiza-style bar will be opening in Manchester’s top leisure destination The Printworks.

With a capacity of 800 people, Lazy Lizard will be a premium destination offering something new to the city's late-night scene.

The historic, three-storey Palladian-style building, which dates to 1736, has been sensitively restored and converted into the popular Farmhouse Inn brand of family-friendly pub restaurant.

Medlock has been awarded the contract to deliver the latest concept by MAD Group, famous for some of Manchester’s most well-known bars such as Hula, Walrus and Tusk.
